Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, database, and performance testing, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Implement Selenium WebDriver-based automation for web applications, ensuring robust and reusable test scripts.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman and Newman, validating backend services and integrations.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance test cases across multiple platforms.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and convert them into detailed test scenarios and automation scripts.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform data validation and analyze large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Requirements & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field, with a strong foundation in software testing and development concepts.
- 2–5 years of experience in QA automation or SDET roles, with hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript for writing automation scripts.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Newman, ensuring backend validation.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter, enabling system benchmarking and optimization.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps for automated testing integration.
- Understanding of BDD frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow for structured test automation.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git, ensuring efficient collaboration and code management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in testing and validation processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Expected Salary:
