Description
The Services Support Associate I – Learning Admin role at Deloitte is an excellent entry-level opportunity for graduates looking to begin a career in HR operations, learning administration, talent management, and business support services. Based in Hyderabad, the position is part of Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited and provides first-line learning administration support to Deloitte's North-South Europe organization. The role focuses on ensuring that employee learning and training activities are managed accurately, efficiently, and within established service standards. Professionals will work with Deloitte's Learning Management System, process scheduled reports, manage training participants, distribute learning materials, and support post-course activities. This makes the position particularly suitable for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience who have strong organizational, communication, customer-service, and Microsoft Office skills.
A major responsibility of the role is to ensure the smooth administration of training programs from scheduling through completion. The Associate will add and manage classes in the Deloitte Learning Management System, prepare and provide delegate lists, distribute electronic training materials and pre-work, and process post-course evaluations and feedback. Accuracy and timeliness are important because the position operates within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs). The role also requires employees to follow established procedures and maintain appropriate data protection standards while handling learning and employee information. Professionals will need to respond to requests calmly, investigate operational issues logically, and provide a consistently high level of service to users and internal stakeholders. Strong email etiquette and written communication are therefore important parts of succeeding in this position.
Beyond day-to-day learning administration, this opportunity provides exposure to the wider world of HR shared services, talent processes, customer support, and business operations. The Hyderabad team supports Deloitte's UK organization across areas including HR and financial transaction processing, administrative services, helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services. Employees can also benefit from Deloitte's learning and professional-development ecosystem, including classroom learning, team-based learning, eLearning, and access to DU: The Leadership Center in India. The role operates on a 2 PM to 11 PM shift, aligning with UK business requirements. For candidates starting their careers, this position can provide valuable experience in process management, stakeholder communication, HR technology, data privacy, service delivery, and international business operations while developing the professional discipline required for larger corporate environments.
