As a Senior QA Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies across functional, performance, and security domains. With your expertise in automation and cloud testing, you’ll work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to build resilient, scalable solutions. Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for cloud-native applications

✅ Perform functional, regression, performance, integration, and security testing

✅ Build and maintain automation frameworks using modern scripting languages like Python and Shell

✅ Execute UI, API, and integration automation tests for enhanced test coverage

✅ Conduct performance and stress testing to ensure platform scalability and stability

✅ Identify, log, and manage software defects, working closely with developers to resolve them

✅ Perform vulnerability assessments and support the security testing lifecycle

✅ Research and implement new testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies

✅ Act as a process champion for QA best practices and continuous improvement

✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a shared understanding of business and technical goals

✅ Clearly communicate progress, findings, and risk assessments to stakeholders

✅ Provide guidance, delegate tasks, and review peer work when managing small QA initiatives
Requirements & Eligibility

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

🧪 5+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and test automation
-
🔧 Strong proficiency in automation tools and frameworks, especially for cloud platforms

🛠 Skilled in API testing using tools like Postman and RestAssured
-
🌐 Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud deployment testing

🐳 Experience with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes

🧰 Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitLab CI
-
🧠 Understanding of basic network protocols, network debugging (Wireshark, etc.)

📈 Solid foundation in performance testing and relevant tools

🔄 Proficient in Agile environments with strong grasp of testing methodologies

🗣 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
