Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute comprehensive test strategies for CAE and simulation software workflows.

• Develop and maintain automated test programs aligned with R&D verification diagnostics and technical requirements.

• Perform functional and system-level testing, ensuring high software quality across supported platforms.

• Conduct root-cause analysis for software defects, emulation failures, and numerical inconsistencies.

• Validate FEA solver outputs and ensure accuracy of simulation results against theoretical expectations.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to enhance hardware and software integration based on testing outcomes.

• Ensure product readiness for release by validating functionality, stability, and cross-platform compatibility.

• Take ownership of complex testing tasks and provide technical guidance within QA initiatives when required.

• Support validation of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across simulation modules.

• Document test cases, test results, and validation reports for continuous quality improvement.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CAE/FEA tools such as HyperMesh or similar pre-processors.

• Practical experience with FEA solvers including LS-DYNA, Radioss, HyperWorks, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong understanding of finite element theory, structural analysis concepts, and numerical methods.

• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems with exposure to scripting or basic programming.

• Strong analytical and debugging skills to evaluate complex simulation behaviors.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional R&D and engineering teams.

• Experience contributing to automation or validation strategies in engineering software environments.

• Good written and verbal communication skills for reporting technical findings.

• Ability to manage multiple testing activities in a structured and quality-focused manner.
