💼 Internship Overview

As a 6-month Operations Intern (2025 pass outs), you’ll work across Amazon India’s fast-paced fulfillment ecosystem—Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, and Delivery Stations—in roles such as:

• 📦 Area Manager

• 🚚 Station Manager

• 🔁 Operations Manager

You will gain end-to-end exposure to supply chain optimization, people management, and data-driven decision-making, all while working on the ground floor of global e-commerce logistics.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Depending on your role, you will:

• Lead and manage teams of associates across warehouse/delivery operations.

• Use data and metrics to drive process improvements and reduce defects.

• Implement Kaizen, 5S, and Lean techniques.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams—HR, Finance, Safety, and IT.

• Analyze operational data, lead audits, and pilot improvement plans.

• Deliver customer experience excellence through inventory, process, and delivery optimization.

🧠 Basic Qualifications

• Pursuing B.E./B.Tech from a non-CS, non-circuit branch (any other branch).

• Available for a 6-month internship in 2025.

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership traits.

• Willingness to work on the floor, including night shifts or rotational rosters.

• Familiarity with Excel (Lookups, Macros)

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Production Planning
