Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL and Excel to extract meaningful insights from client datasets and support business decision-making.
• Analyze shopper and retail data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive sales performance and customer loyalty.
• Ensure high-quality execution of analytics projects by maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to defined standards.
• Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of reports and solutions within strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve analytical challenges and provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including QA checklists and standard operating procedures for analytics projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement by implementing automation techniques and integrating best practices.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely resolution of issues, demonstrating accountability and initiative.
• Utilize internal systems efficiently, including managing server space and data resources for optimal performance.
• Communicate insights clearly through reports and presentations, ensuring stakeholders understand key findings and recommendations.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Management, or a related field with a strong analytical foundation.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases, along with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic understanding of database concepts, data structures, and data management principles.
• Knowledge of fundamental statistical concepts such as averages, standard deviation, correlation, and regression analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach complex data challenges logically.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present insights and collaborate with teams.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is an added advantage for creating interactive dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages or statistical tools such as Python or R is preferred but not mandatory.
