Job Overview:

As an Analyst, you will provide high-quality, on-time input to client projects in the life sciences field. Your role will involve solving analytical problems under the guidance of senior consultants, supporting documentation development, and contributing to meaningful insights that help clients make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the review and analysis of client requirements or problems under direct supervision

  • Assist in developing client-specific documentation, reports, and specifications

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support issue identification and solution development

  • Contribute to the preparation and structuring of client presentations

  • Learn and apply consulting methodologies and tools relevant to the life sciences domain

  • Engage in continuous learning through participation in formal/informal training and consulting engagements

  • Work closely with Consultants, Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Principals to execute assigned responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience (Required)

  • Understanding of core business processes and how external/internal factors impact decision-making

  • Familiarity with consulting tools, techniques, and methodologies

  • Awareness of key trends in the life sciences and healthcare industries

  • Strong time management and collaboration skills

  • Excellent communication and analytical thinking
