Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is hiring an Executive – Full Stack Development for its Digital Excellence Centre (DEC) in Bengaluru. This opportunity is well suited to early-career software professionals with 0–2 years of experience in software implementation, application support, or web application development. The Digital Excellence Centre brings together technology specialists, quality engineers, UX professionals, data scientists, product managers, and subject matter experts to develop digital products and platforms focused on exceptional customer experiences. In this role, candidates will work on software implementation, application support, and basic web application development for client-facing systems while gaining exposure to modern technologies including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

As a Full Stack Development Executive at Deloitte, the selected candidate will be responsible for understanding client business requirements and converting them into practical product configurations, workflows, and technical implementation solutions. The role combines software development with application support and client-facing technical responsibilities, making communication and problem-solving just as important as coding skills. Candidates will work with Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, and SQL, while exposure to technologies such as React.js, Node.js, or FastAPI can provide an additional advantage. The position also involves integrating applications through REST APIs and managing data flows across relational and NoSQL databases. Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, debugging, and application optimization will help professionals troubleshoot issues and deliver dependable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop Web Applications: Build, customize, and support web application features using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, and relevant modern development frameworks.
2. Implement Software Solutions: Support software implementation activities by configuring applications, workflows, and product features according to defined business and client requirements.
3. Analyze Client Requirements: Understand client business needs and translate functional requirements into appropriate product configurations, workflows, integrations, and technical implementation solutions.
4. Support Application Operations: Provide application support by investigating technical problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions that maintain application reliability and minimize disruption to clients.
5. Work With Full Stack Technologies: Assist with modern web application development using technologies such as React.js, Node.js, and FastAPI, depending on project requirements and existing technology environments.
6. Develop System Integrations: Integrate applications and enterprise systems through REST APIs, ensuring that data can move efficiently and reliably between different applications and platforms.
7. Manage Application Data: Work with relational databases and NoSQL databases to support data storage, retrieval, integration, and application functionality across client-facing systems.
8. Support Cloud Deployments: Assist in deploying, configuring, monitoring, and supporting applications hosted on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
9. Troubleshoot Production Issues: Investigate implementation and production issues using logical problem-solving and debugging techniques while working toward timely resolution and reduced client impact.
10. Support Client Onboarding: Participate in client onboarding, technical training, system integrations, configuration activities, and other implementation tasks required to successfully introduce solutions to clients.
11. Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and testable code while following appropriate development standards and contributing to reliable software solutions.
12. Follow Agile & Security Practices: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments while following security, data protection, testing, and application development best practices.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Experience: Candidates should have approximately 0–2 years of experience in software implementation, application support, web application development, or a closely related technical field.
2. Programming Knowledge: Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL is expected. Candidates should be comfortable understanding code, writing application logic, and working with databases.
3. Data Structures & Algorithms: A basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, logical reasoning, and problem-solving techniques is important for debugging, optimizing application behavior, and developing effective technical solutions.
4. Client Requirement Analysis: Candidates should be capable of understanding client requirements and converting business needs into technical workflows, product configurations, application features, and implementation solutions.
5. Web Development Skills: Exposure to React.js, Node.js, or FastAPI is preferred and can help candidates contribute more effectively to modern full stack and web application development projects.
6. API & Database Knowledge: Familiarity with REST APIs, data integration, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases is valuable for developing connected applications and managing data flows between different systems.
7. Cloud Platform Exposure: Candidates should have some familiarity with cloud technologies or deployment concepts involving AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
8. Testing & Code Quality: The ability to develop clean, reusable, and testable code is important. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or PyTest is an added advantage.
9. Security Awareness: Candidates should understand fundamental security and data protection practices, especially when working with client information, application configurations, APIs, and enterprise systems.
