Accenture is hiring App Automation Eng New Associates to join its Technology for Operations (TFO) team in Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Support application maintenance activities by monitoring enterprise applications, identifying operational issues, and ensuring smooth business operations.
2. Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and other intelligent automation technologies to reduce manual effort.
3. Troubleshoot routine application issues, perform incident analysis, and assist in resolving production problems following established operational procedures.
4. Collaborate with technical teams to implement automated monitoring, predictive maintenance, self-healing systems, and service management solutions.
5. Participate in incident management activities by analyzing support tickets, identifying recurring issues, and recommending automation opportunities.
6. Work with MySQL databases to retrieve, analyze, and validate operational data that supports automation initiatives and reporting requirements.
7. Assist in developing AI-powered bots, automation scripts, ticket analytics solutions, and workflow optimization processes for enterprise applications.
8. Follow software engineering standards, organizational guidelines, and quality assurance practices while executing assigned automation tasks.
9. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and project stakeholders regarding technical issues, progress updates, and operational improvements.
10. Learn emerging technologies including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Intelligent Operations.
11. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
12. Work in rotational shifts whenever required while maintaining productivity, service quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized university.
2. Zero to two years of experience in software engineering, application support, automation, IT operations, or related technology domains.
3. Basic knowledge of Automation Anywhere, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), intelligent automation concepts, and workflow automation technologies.
4. Understanding of incident management processes, application maintenance, troubleshooting techniques, and enterprise IT operations.
5. Familiarity with MySQL databases, SQL queries, and basic database management concepts for operational support and reporting.
6. Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and client-focused environments.
8. Willingness to learn emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, DevOps, automation frameworks, and enterprise digital solutions.
9. Ability to work independently as well as within collaborative teams while following organizational processes and project guidelines.
10. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and adapt to changing business requirements while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Expected Salary
