Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal ZS teams and client stakeholders to design and implement technology solutions that solve critical business challenges.
• Analyze business requirements in detail and translate them into scalable technical designs and system architectures.
• Develop and implement software features using best practices aligned with the chosen technology stack and project requirements.
• Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business logic and functional requirements.
• Assist in creating project implementation plans, technical documentation, and quality assurance processes for client engagements.
• Support testing activities including system integration testing, unit testing, embedded QA procedures, and client review cycles.
• Contribute to process improvements and technology innovation initiatives by leveraging automation and productivity tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations and travel when required for client interactions or project delivery needs.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.
• Strong academic background with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL, relational database management systems (RDBMS), and programming languages such as Python.
• Good understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
• Basic understanding of big data concepts, enterprise technology systems, and digital transformation solutions.
• Knowledge of productivity tools, AI-powered coding assistants, or SQL generation tools is considered an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and global clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment with flexibility to travel for client-facing projects when required.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in software development, analytics, consulting, or technology implementation projects.
