Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, responsive, and scalable user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js and Angular.js, ensuring optimal performance across devices and browsers.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and efficient code while maintaining consistency with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries that can be leveraged across multiple projects, improving development speed and code consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in both development and production environments to ensure seamless user experience and system reliability.
• Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with data privacy standards to protect user information and application integrity.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes including unit testing and functional testing to maintain high code quality.
• Continuously explore and adopt new technologies, tools, and frameworks, including AI-based development enhancements, to improve productivity and innovation.
• Contribute to technical documentation and user documentation to support both internal teams and end-users effectively.
• Support process improvements and bring innovative ideas to enhance UI performance, usability, and overall product quality.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, providing a strong foundation in software development principles.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in UI development, preferably in product-based or enterprise-level environments.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including deep understanding of DOM manipulation and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Practical experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js and Angular.js, including their core principles and lifecycle methods.
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Flux, enabling efficient handling of complex application states.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization techniques such as JSON Web Tokens (JWT) to ensure secure user access.
• Proficiency with front-end build tools and development environments such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM for efficient workflow management.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, enabling collaborative development and code management.
• Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest and Enzyme for writing reliable unit tests and ensuring code quality.
• Exposure to AI tools and modern development trends is considered an added advantage, showcasing adaptability to evolving technologies.
