As a Solution Engineer, you will work directly with enterprise customers from day one, supporting deployments across multiple continents. This role goes far beyond traditional technical support—it is a strategic position where you own customer success end-to-end. From architecture discussions and demos to on-site deployments and workflow automation, you will ensure FlytBase systems deliver measurable business outcomes. Your work will directly influence how industries adopt autonomy at scale.

This role is ideal for engineers who have built real systems—drones, robots, or AI-driven platforms—and want to operate in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams, translating field insights into product improvements. At FlytBase, autonomy is not just the product—it’s how teams operate, learn, and grow.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical problem-solver for enterprise customers across North America, Europe, APAC, LATAM, and the Middle East.

• Own the end-to-end technical success of customers, including onboarding, testing, deployment, and scaling of autonomous drone systems.

• Lead technical demos, solution architecture discussions, and automation planning with executives, engineers, and field teams.

• Participate in global on-site deployments, configuring drone docks, validating missions, and testing autonomy in live industrial environments.

• Design and implement scalable drone workflows and automations that deliver clear ROI for enterprise operations.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert customer feedback into actionable feature improvements and roadmap inputs.

• Use AI tools daily to debug issues, analyze logs, automate workflows, and increase delivery velocity.

• Represent FlytBase at global trade shows, expos, and customer events as the technical face of the platform.

• Create clear technical documentation, guides, and workflows that scale customer success beyond individual deployments.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 0–2 years of experience or strong academic background in Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, AI, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience building real technical projects such as drones, robots, AI systems, or IoT platforms during college or internships.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both engineers and business leaders.

• High curiosity and passion for AI-driven autonomy, robotics, and physical systems operating at scale.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently troubleshoot, learn, and execute without constant oversight.

• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve based on customer impact.

• Willingness to travel globally for deployments, customer engagements, and industry events.

• Ability to document technical workflows clearly through written guides, diagrams, or videos.

Expected Salary

For the Solution Engineer role at FlytBase in Pune, the expected salary typically ranges between ₹8 LPA to ₹14 LPA for candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
