This program is designed to nurture the next generation of digital innovators, software engineers, and technology leaders who will transform how the world produces and uses energy. As part of the ASPIRE Program, you’ll embark on a two-year journey featuring structured rotations, global mentorship, and technical skill-building. You’ll be solving meaningful business challenges while developing solutions that advance the company’s digital transformation strategy. Participants will gain hands-on experience in areas like machine learning, enterprise software, automation, and digital product design, while working alongside world-class engineers and industry experts.

Roles & Responsibilities

Participate in structured rotational assignments across diverse digital technology domains, including software development, product management, and data analytics.

Collaborate with global teams to develop, test, and deploy innovative digital solutions that enhance energy efficiency and system performance.

Engage in technical training, mentoring sessions, and leadership workshops to accelerate your professional growth.

Work on AI-driven, cloud-based, and automation projects that contribute to digital transformation within Baker Hughes.

Collaborate with senior engineers and technology leaders to gain insights into emerging technologies and digital strategy.

Support ongoing mission-based initiatives during the second year of the program, driving cross-functional collaboration.

Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify process improvements and deliver impactful results.

Participate in global classroom training, gaining exposure to diverse technical and business environments.

Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of professional experience post-degree.

Strong foundation in software development, information systems, or data-driven technologies.

Hands-on experience or coursework in Python, Java, SQL, or cloud technologies is an advantage.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and logical reasoning skills.

Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
