Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, IT professionals, and end users to ensure software applications meet business and user requirements.

• Perform rigorous manual, exploratory, and automated testing across multiple platforms to ensure functionality and reliability.

• Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans tailored to project requirements.

• Document and communicate test results effectively, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Identify, log, and track software defects, working closely with developers to resolve inconsistencies and performance issues.

• Participate in peer reviews of test cases to ensure accuracy, coverage, and adherence to best practices.

• Analyze requirement specifications and design documents to ensure 100% test coverage and identify potential gaps early in the cycle.

• Support end users in acceptance testing, ensuring applications perform as expected in real-world scenarios.

• Contribute to process improvements by suggesting enhancements in QA practices, methodologies, and tools.

• Stay updated with the latest software testing trends, tools, and automation frameworks to continually enhance testing efficiency.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, with prior experience in writing and executing manual test cases.

• Exposure to automated testing tools or frameworks is considered a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in documenting test plans, test cases, and defect reports with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to review and analyze technical specifications to design effective test scenarios.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to identify issues proactively.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for collaborating across departments and with end users.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with regulated healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences industry software will be a plus.

• A proactive learning mindset, with eagerness to grow into advanced roles in QA and test automation.

Expected Salary:
