PayU: Graduate Trainee – Associate Production Support Engineer

🛠️ About the Role

As a Graduate Trainee – Associate Production Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for Level 2 and Level 3 (L2/L3) production support. You'll troubleshoot live issues, monitor systems proactively, and ensure production stability by using your strong debugging and data analysis skills.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for production systems

• Monitor production environments and proactively resolve errors

• Debug and troubleshoot live issues across web and mobile applications

• Write and execute SQL/MySQL/MongoDB queries to analyze and fix issues

• Ensure data integrity and resolve database-related problems

• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve system incidents

• Maintain detailed documentation of issues and solutions

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduated in 2023 or 2024 from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 college

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field

✅ Requirements

• Familiarity with programming or scripting in one or more of the following:
  Java, Python, PHP, Shell Scripting, Node.js, JavaScript, UNIX/Linux

• Working knowledge of SQL/MySQL/MongoDB

• Able to write and run basic to intermediate queries

• Good understanding of web/mobile debugging and logs

• Strong logical and analytical thinking

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to debug code and identify issues effectively
