As a Senior Business Analyst at rtCamp, you will serve as the vital link between our clients and development teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. With a strong foundation in web technologies and server-side scripting, you will contribute to crafting solutions that are both innovative and technically sound.

In this remote position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and business units, to facilitate seamless project execution. Your ability to understand client needs and align them with technical capabilities will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Client Requirement Analysis: Engage with clients to understand their business needs, conducting in-depth research to translate these requirements into clear and actionable implementation plans.

2. Technical Documentation: Assist in creating and reviewing business documents, presentations, email drafts, contracts, and ongoing communication from a technical perspective.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with project management, engineering, and business teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation, accurately capturing and addressing technical requirements.

4. Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to design effective and technically sound solutions that align with client objectives and technical capabilities.

5. Stakeholder Communication: Present implementation plans and approaches efficiently to both client and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

6. Continuous Improvement: Share insights from client engagements with internal teams to refine service offerings and enhance pitching materials.

7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic recommendations that drive business growth.

8. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, conducting thorough reviews and providing feedback as necessary.

9. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in project implementation and work proactively with teams to mitigate them, ensuring successful project delivery.

10. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing technical or sales role, with a strong understanding of web technologies and server-side scripting.

3. Technical Skills:

   • Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

   • Experience with server-side scripting languages like PHP and Node.js.

   • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital experience platforms (DXP) such as WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sitecore.

4. Documentation Skills: Experience in creating technical documentation and writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

5. Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

6. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.

7. Presentation Skills: Experience in presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

8. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.

9. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.

Expected Salary:
