Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal ZS teams and client stakeholders to gather business requirements and shape technology solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

• Translate complex business needs into structured technical designs, ensuring alignment with the project’s architecture and objectives.

• Develop and implement software features using best practices tailored to the specific technology stack and project requirements.

• Participate in development cycles including coding, debugging, testing, and iterative enhancements to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Apply methodologies such as agile, waterfall, system integration testing, and embedded QA to support project transparency and efficiency.

• Assist in creating detailed project implementation plans and guide team members to ensure seamless execution across phases.

• Work closely with developers, analysts, and architects to interpret functional requirements accurately and translate them into working solutions.

• Support client meetings, mid-development reviews, and testing cycles to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.

• Document processes, frameworks, and reusable components to strengthen team knowledge and accelerate future development.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or related disciplines with a strong academic record.

• Solid understanding of SQL, RDBMS concepts, and programming languages like Python, with the ability to apply them in real projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to break down complex business scenarios into structured technical approaches.

• Knowledge of fundamental algorithms and data structures and their importance in building efficient solutions.

• 0–3 years of experience in delivering small to medium-scale technology projects in consulting, analytics, or software development.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate results, challenges, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients.

• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, along with an understanding of Big Data concepts.

• Ability to use productivity tools such as co-pilot or SQL automation utilities to enhance development efficiency.

• Strong collaboration skills and a client-first mindset, with the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.

• Willingness to travel occasionally depending on client needs and project demands.
