Role Purpose

The DevOps Engineer will work closely with application teams and developers to enhance coordination between operations, development, and testing functions. This role involves automation, streamlining deployment processes, and implementing CI/CD best practices to ensure smooth application lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Enable IT Change Management and Change Enablement for large-scale enterprise systems.

• Apply ITIL v3/v4 practices using Microsoft toolsets.

• Identify risks across the System Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and change environments.

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like ServiceNow, GitLab, and related DevOps platforms.

• Apply Agile methodologies to improve delivery speed and quality.

• Use programming/automation skills to optimize workflows across applications and infrastructure.

• Perform data analysis and reporting with attention to detail, identifying process gaps and improvements.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and alignment.

• Prepare accurate documentation and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Mandatory Skills: DevOps
✅ Experience: 5–8 Years
✅ Preferred Certification: DevOps Foundation Certified (nice to have)
✅ Strong analytical and reporting skills
✅ Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (ServiceNow, GitLab)
✅ Familiarity with Agile & DevOps methodologies
✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Salary Range

• India (Pune, Maharashtra): ₹16 LPA – ₹24 LPA depending on experience and certifications.

• Global Equivalent: $105,000 – $135,000 annually for similar roles.
