Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist manufacturing and production teams in day-to-day operations while learning industrial workflows, assembly processes, and automotive production systems used within the organization.
  • Gain hands-on exposure to production planning, manufacturing supervision, and process optimization activities to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Support maintenance teams in monitoring machinery performance, preventive maintenance schedules, equipment inspections, and troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
  • Work closely with supply chain and procurement departments to understand material planning, inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics operations.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities including inspection procedures, defect analysis, quality documentation, and implementation of manufacturing quality standards.
  • Develop practical understanding of automotive components, aggregates, and industrial manufacturing technologies through real-time operational assignments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and planning departments to gain broader business exposure.
  • Learn and apply problem-solving methodologies for identifying operational issues, improving productivity, and reducing manufacturing inefficiencies.
  • Follow company safety standards, industrial compliance regulations, and operational procedures while working within manufacturing facilities and production units.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Candidates must belong to the 2024 or 2025 graduating batch with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics and Communication, EEE, Civil, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Applicants should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in 10th standard, 12th standard, and Engineering throughout their academic career.
  • Freshers are eligible to apply for this Graduate Apprentice Trainee role, making it an excellent career opportunity for recent engineering graduates.
  • Candidates should not have any active backlog, ATKT, or pending academic subjects at the time of application or joining.
  • A maximum educational gap of up to two years is allowed, provided the candidate meets all other eligibility criteria and academic requirements.
