Job Description:
Concord Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Industrial Process Automation to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex automation projects. Roles & Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Oversee the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management strategies and timely interventions.

Act as the primary communication channel for project updates, issue escalation, and status reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that expectations are clearly communicated and met throughout the project.

Manage contractual obligations, respond to change requests, and minimize commercial risk through proper documentation and escalation.

Optimize processes and reduce costs by collaborating with the Supply Chain team and implementing standardized methodologies.

Monitor financial performance of projects, control costs, and ensure profitability while adhering to timelines.

Lead and mentor project teams, foster collaboration, and ensure high morale and productivity.
Requirements & Eligibility:

Educational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or E&TC Engineering. Additional qualifications in project management (PMP or equivalent) are preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on project management experience in process automation, with expertise in budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and forecasting.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, and process control workflows. Excellent computer literacy, including MS Project or equivalent planning tools.

Risk & Cost Management: Proven ability to manage risks, control costs, and deliver projects within budget and scope.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.

Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership qualities, problem-solving ability, adaptability under pressure, and team-building skills.

Negotiation & Client Management: Capable of managing customer expectations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Process Orientation: Familiarity with standard project management frameworks and ability to drive continuous improvement in processes.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and operations.

Preferred Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certifications will be a strong advantage.
