Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze operational data from multiple internal and external sources to assess past performance and identify opportunities.

• Identify data patterns and trends to provide insights that improve decision-making in business planning, solution design, and process optimization.

• Develop and communicate clear recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders based on data-driven analysis.

• Translate large, complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling better targeting, segmentation, and strategy formulation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, implement, and refine decision strategies that drive measurable business impact.

• Conduct exploratory and confirmatory data analysis to validate hypotheses and support data-backed business cases.

• Continuously improve analytical processes by adopting new tools, data sources, and capabilities.

• Ensure adherence to compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements when handling sensitive data.

• Document findings, methodologies, and recommendations for reporting and knowledge-sharing purposes.

• Contribute to team initiatives by actively participating in brainstorming sessions and promoting data-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or Computer Science.

• Experience: 0–6 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, data analytics, or decision management.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for data processing and analysis.

• Data Skills: Ability to work with structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights.

• Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies in data and recommend solutions.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present insights clearly to stakeholders.

• Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional partners and global teams in a hybrid work environment.

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, risk management, and data quality assurance.

• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and stay updated on new analytical tools, techniques, and industry practices.

• Business Understanding: Awareness of industry standards, policies, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
