As a Marketing Support Consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging your skills in VBA development, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics to design impactful reports and presentations. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research and segmentation studies to analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.

  • Leverage Google Analytics and other analytical tools to provide actionable insights on customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

  • Create, automate, and maintain VBA-based Excel models to support data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.

  • Design professional PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing insights with business strategies and client requirements.

  • Support the development of marketing dashboards and reports, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely data.

  • Translate raw data into clear, meaningful insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps in current processes and recommending innovative solutions.

  • Work closely with global marketing teams to standardize reporting practices and ensure consistency across projects.

  • Support client engagement initiatives by preparing market research material, background reports, and competitive intelligence.


Requirements & Eligibility

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in market research, analytics, or marketing support functions.

  • Strong proficiency in VBA programming, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, with proven ability to automate tasks and streamline processes.

  • Experience in Google Analytics for tracking, reporting, and analyzing customer engagement metrics.

  • Good understanding of market research techniques, including segmentation, consumer behavior analysis, and trend identification.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and deliver impactful presentations.

  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate insights into business recommendations.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
