Job Description

As a Software Tester at BoldTek, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of cutting-edge software products. You'll engage in both manual and automated testing, helping to validate features, identify defects, and improve usability. Working closely with agile development teams, you'll help uphold software excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation and client success are top priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated regression tests, ensuring consistent application performance. Shine

  • Develop and maintain test scripts using tools like Selenium or equivalent frameworks. Shine

  • Log defects with accurate reproduction steps and collaborate on defect lifecycle tracking using systems like JIRA or TestRail. Shine

  • Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage across applications. Shine

  • Contribute to test planning, test case design, and overall test process improvements. Shine

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • 0–3 years in software testing or quality assurance roles.

  • Hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies, including regression and functional testing. Shine

  • Basic familiarity with automation tools and programming or scripting (e.g., Python, Java, Perl). Shine

  • Proficiency in bug tracking systems (JIRA, TestRail, etc.). Shine

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Shine

  • Exposure to Agile development practices is a plus. Shine
