👨‍💻 About the Role

As an Apprentice – Data Ops Engineer, you’ll dive into the world of healthcare data, analytics, and transformation. Your mission? Support the Data Services team in handling large-scale datasets and developing tools that improve data accuracy, system performance, and real-time decision-making.

Whether you’re passionate about writing Python scripts, curious about SQL, or excited to explore BI tools — this role is built to fuel your learning.

📅 A Day in the Life

  • Work with the data services team to transform complex healthcare data.

  • Assist in generating reports tailored to the needs of U.S. healthcare clients.

  • Develop data workflows between Innovaccer’s Data Activation Platform and third-party systems.

  • Follow and define industry-standard best practices.

  • Monitor live systems and optimize data configurations for stability.

  • Gain exposure to data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and performance tuning.

🧾 What You Need

  • 🎓 B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (CS or related field) from batch 2019 to 2024 only

  • 🤝 Commitment for 1-year apprenticeship (full-time)

  • 🧠 Basic knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and database querying

  • 🐍 Willingness to learn Python libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn)

  • 📊 Interest in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Sisense

  • 💡 Problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills

  • ⚡ Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
