Job Description

Zycus, a recognized leader in procurement technology, is seeking a Product Technical Analyst to join its US Delivery team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to work with AI-driven procurement solutions and support global enterprise clients. As a Product Technical Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Zycus Procurement Performance and Spend Analytics applications, providing technical assistance, configuration support, and insights into product functionality. You will become a crucial point of contact for customers, helping them leverage Zycus solutions effectively while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and global customers, handling queries and issues through email, chat, and calls. You will assist in user acceptance testing, product configuration, and incident management, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal usage of Zycus products. This position provides hands-on exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) applications, enabling you to gain practical experience in implementing enterprise solutions, resolving technical challenges, and enhancing customer satisfaction through innovative approaches.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers’ queries and issues related to Zycus products.

• Collaborate with internal teams and technical account managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in product configuration to meet client needs.

• Provide technical guidance and demonstrations of Zycus products, highlighting configuration options and features.

• Identify and suggest innovative solutions or workarounds to meet customer requirements.

• Utilize tools such as incident management systems and MS Excel to track, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently.

• Contribute to knowledge-sharing, process improvements, and automation initiatives to enhance customer experience.

• Maintain strong technical expertise in Zycus products and act as a resource for internal and external stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively to multitask, prioritize, and achieve goals in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain high standards of customer service excellence.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or MBA; specialization in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, IT, or related fields.

• 0–1 years of experience, including internships or project work.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with global clients.

• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts and adapt to global delivery requirements.

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and deliver results efficiently.

• Enthusiasm for learning new tools, techniques, and AI-driven technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Flexible, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Expected Salary

The expected salary for a Product Technical Analyst at Zycus India typically ranges from ₹3 LPA to ₹5 LPA, depending on experience and skillset.
