In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into practical technical solutions. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple tech stacks, including microservices, mobile development, cloud infrastructure, and modern frontend frameworks. Your contributions will directly impact product quality, reliability, and scalability, while gaining valuable experience in AI/ML technologies, including large language models, embeddings, and inference pipelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test software components to enhance dealership-customer interactions.

Build and integrate AI/ML solutions, including training, fine-tuning, and deploying models.

Develop and consume LLM APIs and other AI services to deliver intelligent automation solutions.

Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.

Work across diverse tech stacks, including cloud infrastructure, microservices, and mobile platforms.

Ensure software scalability, performance, and reliability through best coding practices.

Participate in design reviews, code quality assessments, and technical discussions.

Drive innovation by suggesting improvements in workflows, automation, and processes.

Maintain high standards of documentation, testing, and technical communication.

Take ownership of deliverables and mentor peers as needed in AI/ML best practices.
Requirements & Eligibility:

0–3 years of experience in cloud-based software development with exposure to scalable services.

Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, embeddings, model integration, and inference.

Solid computer science foundation with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular, React) and mobile development platforms (iOS, Android, Flutter).

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams.

Eagerness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI/ML tools, including OpenAI and Gemini APIs.

Expected Salary:
The starting salary for this role is approximately ₹18 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
