Grexa AI is hiring a QA Intern to join its high-performance product team at its Vashi, Navi Mumbai headquarters. In this role, you will assist in creating and executing manual test cases to validate new features and ensure software reliability. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in creating detailed and structured manual test cases based on product requirements and feature specifications.

2. Execute manual testing activities to validate application functionality, usability, and performance.

3. Perform basic API testing using Postman or similar tools to verify request-response accuracy and data validation.

4. Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA, Trello, or equivalent bug-tracking tools.

5. Participate in regression testing to ensure that new changes do not impact existing functionality.

6. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating business workflows and feature behavior.

7. Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve identified defects.

8. Gain exposure to automation testing practices and contribute to automation initiatives where applicable.

9. Maintain organized documentation of test cases, defect logs, and testing reports for transparency.

10. Continuously learn QA best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve product quality standards.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. 0–1 year of experience or strong academic exposure to software testing concepts, including manual testing methodologies.

2. Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).

3. Familiarity with writing test cases and documenting bugs in structured formats.

4. Interest in API testing and hands-on exposure to tools such as Postman.

5. Basic knowledge or curiosity about automation testing tools like Selenium.

6. Understanding of programming fundamentals in Python, Java, or JavaScript is an added advantage.

7. Awareness of database testing concepts and basic SQL query execution.

8. Strong attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.

9. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively in a startup team environment.

10. Willingness to work full-time on-site at the Navi Mumbai (Vashi) office.

Expected Salary:

For a full-time QA Internship in Navi Mumbai within a funded startup environment, the expected stipend typically ranges between ₹8,000 to ₹20,000 per month depending on candidate skill level and technical exposure.
