Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand business, planning, and regulatory requirements to support effective network design and implementation. Translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Assist in planning and designing network architecture for LTE, FTTH, and enterprise networks, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Support operational planning activities to ensure smooth functioning of network systems and timely execution of tasks.
• Perform network capacity planning to meet customer demand while maintaining a congestion-free and high-performance network.
• Participate in vendor evaluation and validation processes to ensure quality and compatibility of network equipment and solutions.
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation for network nodes and maintain monthly operating plans for efficient execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business units, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to achieve desired outcomes and maintain quality standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting network issues and optimizing network performance to improve user experience.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge by attending seminars, webinars, and training sessions related to networking technologies.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in any engineering discipline. Candidates with specialization in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science are preferred.
• Certification in Cisco CCNA is an added advantage, demonstrating foundational knowledge in networking concepts and protocols.
• Basic understanding of computer networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, routing, switching, and network protocols.
• Familiarity with software engineering practices and development models, enabling better understanding of integrated systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify network issues and propose effective solutions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative in individual tasks.
• Strong technical orientation with a willingness to learn and adapt to new networking technologies and tools.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
