Job Description

The Graduate Engineer Trainee role offers an exciting opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to begin their career in the telecommunications and network engineering domain. As a part of this role, you will gain hands-on experience in designing, planning, and implementing international telecommunication networks across 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies. You will work closely with device and product teams to define requirements that enable seamless global roaming and support authentication, authorization, billing, provisioning, and performance management for network services.

In this role, you will also support the preparation of technical proposals for new network deployments, upgrades, and investment decisions. You will be involved in validating technical designs, performing performance and coverage analysis, and troubleshooting network issues. Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and engineer end-to-end international telecommunication networks.

• Coordinate with device and product teams to develop technical requirements supporting 2G, 3G, and 4G roaming capabilities.

• Validate technical requirements and network designs for seamless global roaming, including authentication, billing, provisioning, and performance monitoring.

• Assist in preparing technical proposals for network deployment, upgrades, and investment decisions, collaborating with business units for budgeting inputs.

• Execute validation of service provider capabilities including performance, coverage, and network optimization.

• Analyze and troubleshoot network performance, routing issues, and connectivity challenges.

• Identify root causes of network problems and recommend process and design improvements.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and engineering teams, to ensure timely project delivery.

• Stay updated on emerging network technologies, protocols, and industry best practices.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related engineering disciplines.

• Experience: Fresher, with strong willingness to learn and grow in the network engineering domain.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of 2G, 3G, and 4G network technologies, network deployment processes, and basic networking concepts.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze network performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for collaboration across teams.

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Business Acumen: Understanding the impact of network performance and deployment on business outcomes.
