Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies, frameworks, and scripts using Python and Selenium to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and identify areas suitable for automation, ensuring optimal test coverage.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts, ensuring consistency and efficiency in testing processes.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and identify defects, ensuring timely reporting and resolution of issues.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and prioritization activities, aligning testing efforts with project timelines and business goals.
• Work closely with developers to debug issues, isolate defects, and ensure quick resolution through effective collaboration.
• Perform performance testing, benchmarking, and system validation using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and testing processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and high-quality releases.
• Provide guidance and support to QA team members on best practices in manual and automation testing techniques.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with a strong foundation in software development and testing principles.
• 4–7 years of experience in software development or quality assurance, with a focus on test automation and quality engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming, with hands-on experience in developing automation scripts and frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation tools for building and executing automated test cases.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, integration, performance, and regression testing.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git, enabling efficient collaboration and code management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques, enabling benchmarking and system optimization.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is preferred and adds value to the role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
