• Take complete ownership of assigned modules, from conception through deployment and support.

• Independently handle complex coding and debugging tasks.

• Perform unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure the product meets functional and performance requirements.

• Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and system architects to implement high-quality features.

• Follow and enforce best practices for secure coding, version control, and code documentation.

• Maintain detailed technical documentation and development logs for each project.

• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and assist in troubleshooting production issues.

• Offer mentorship to junior engineers and share knowledge within the team through documentation and code reviews.

📚 Requirements

🔧 Technical Skills:

• Strong command of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or C++.

• Hands-on experience with software development lifecycles, especially Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of software design patterns, system architecture, and modular code practices.

• Experience in database development (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and cloud integrations is a plus.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and test automation tools.

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering fields.

💼 Professional Experience:

• Typically requires 2–4 years of experience in software development or equivalent project work demonstrating technical expertise.
