Dentsu: Test Analyst

Are you passionate about ensuring software quality through smart automation? BCOE is hiring a Test Analyst to join its fast-paced QA team in Pune and Bangalore. This is a full-time permanent role where you’ll play a pivotal role in making sure that every deployment meets high-quality benchmarks and functions seamlessly across environments.

You’ll work on end-to-end test automation using Katalon Studio, contribute to Salesforce Sales Cloud functional testing, and participate in scrums to streamline QA cycles. Roles & Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update automation scripts using Katalon for functional and content testing.

• Ensure automation scripts are up-to-date for every build and deployment.

• Execute regression test suites across multiple browsers after each deployment cycle.

• Perform functional testing specifically for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud preferred).

• Analyze test results, report defects in Jira, and work closely with developers for resolution.

• Participate actively in daily scrums and QA standups for updates and blocker discussions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, and Scrum Masters.

• Engage in test planning, release planning, and script review activities.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation.

• Proficient with Katalon Studio, Groovy/Java scripting, and regression testing.

• Solid exposure to defect tracking tools like Jira and Agile QA processes.

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud testing is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, preferably with Selenium + Java/Groovy.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Bitbucket, GitActions is a plus.

• Bonus: Exposure to other testing tools like Appium, Cucumber, or mobile testing tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfort in Scrum and Agile ceremonies.

Expected Salary
💰 ₹9.5 LPA – ₹18 LPA (Based on experience & skillset – as per Glassdoor and market data for similar QA roles in Pune/Bangalore)
