Job Description

Wipro is hiring a Test Engineer L3 in Hyderabad to support enterprise-level product, platform, and SAP-based solution testing initiatives. This mid-level role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance and SAP Test Management. As a Test Engineer L3, you will play a critical role in preparing comprehensive test cases, executing structured testing cycles, and ensuring that all deployments meet 100% quality assurance parameters before reaching client environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand business and functional requirements to design effective and comprehensive test cases.

• Author detailed test plans aligned with project scope, in-scope/out-of-scope definitions, and quality parameters.

• Implement model-based testing methodologies to generate efficient and optimized test cases.

• Automate testing processes using VB macros, scheduling tools, and GUI automation frameworks.

• Design and execute automation frameworks and maintain reporting dashboards.

• Collaborate with development teams to capture version-controlled test cases and ensure coverage.

• Execute manual and automated test cases, detect defects, and report issues with clear replication steps.

• Participate in UAT cycles and coordinate with stakeholders to validate business workflows.

• Maintain test status dashboards and ensure timely delivery of execution reports.

• Ensure compliance with SLA standards, customer expectations, and internal quality norms.

Requirements & Eligibility

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.

• Strong expertise in SAP Test Management (mandatory).

• Experience in test case design, execution, defect management, and reporting.

• Knowledge of automation techniques including VB macros, GUI automation, and scheduling tools.

• Familiarity with model-based testing approaches and test lifecycle management tools.

• Experience in UAT coordination and stakeholder communication.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to generate dashboards and status reports for project stakeholders.

• Good communication skills with customer-facing interaction capabilities.

• Ability to ensure SLA adherence and high-quality deliverables within timelines.
