Job Description:

Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst to join its Germany ADM (Account & Delivery Management) Team in Hyderabad. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the international finance and ADM teams, supporting operations across financial reporting, analysis, and process management. As part of a globally integrated network, you will help strengthen Deloitte’s financial performance through data-driven insights and efficient operational processes.

As an ADM Analyst, you will contribute to key financial and operational deliverables by managing reporting tasks, supporting onboarding processes for new delivery centers (DCs), and ensuring seamless billing and invoicing activities. The role demands a combination of analytical thinking, financial acumen, and strong communication skills, as you collaborate with teams across geographies to maintain accuracy and consistency in financial data management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the German ADM team to execute finance and reporting-related activities accurately and on schedule.

• Ensure timely billing and invoice processing, coordinating with the GFS team to maintain compliance with agreed payment terms.

• Support financial reporting and analysis, preparing performance summaries, data visualizations, and operational insights for senior management.

• Handle business queries and ad-hoc reporting requests from COOs, finance leaders, and business lines.

• Assist in onboarding new delivery centers (DCs) by testing scenarios in SDS, documenting challenges, and communicating findings to senior team members.

• Respond to operational queries related to invoices, timesheets, and HR data while maintaining accurate documentation.

• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure financial integrity and compliance across reports.

• Work within SAP platforms (SWIFT and S/4 HANA) for transaction processing and report generation.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancement.

• Report any operational challenges proactively to the Team Lead and support escalation management as required.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration (BCom, BBA, MBA).

• 1–3 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or accounting functions.

• Strong understanding of financial operations, billing cycles, and reporting frameworks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other MS Office tools for data analysis and reporting.

• Knowledge of SAP systems (SWIFT or S4) is a strong advantage.

• Experience with business accounting or financial controlling is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to take initiative in resolving financial discrepancies.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

• Flexibility to work in different shifts (typically 9 AM–6 PM or 11 AM–8 PM IST).

Expected Salary:

The typical salary for an Analyst – ADM at Deloitte Hyderabad ranges between ₹6 LPA and ₹10 LPA, depending on experience, educational qualifications, and expertise with financial tools such as SAP. Candidates with 2–3 years of solid finance experience and analytical proficiency may earn on the higher end of this range.
