✅ Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Estimated Salary (Industry Standard)
Monthly Salary: ₹1,25,000 – ₹2,08,000

Annual CTC: ₹20 LPA – ₹28 LPA

Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software testers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Test Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure thorough testing of software applications. Test Execution Oversight: Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests, ensuring that all software products meet quality standards before release.
