🧑‍💻 Job Summary

We’re looking for a Software Test Engineer to design robust test automation frameworks, eliminate repetitive manual testing, and ensure software quality across CI/CD environments. You’ll work closely with DevOps, Developers, and the Product team while championing Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.

🔍 Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead test automation strategies to enhance reliability and scalability.

  • Create and maintain automated test scripts based on Page Object Model & Data-Driven Testing.

  • Validate tools and execute detailed test plans, protocols, and defect tracking.

  • Support CI/CD pipelines by collaborating with DevOps on Dockerized test environments.

  • Perform manual testing occasionally to validate workflows and UI changes.

  • Document clear bug reports with reproducible steps and configuration details.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product, DevOps, UI) to ensure coverage.

  • Maintain and enhance code coverage via unit and integration testing.

  • Create custom testing utilities/tools to support faster QA cycles.

  • Update regression test scripts when production issues occur.

✅ Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Python, or Ruby (or any modern programming language).

  • Strong knowledge of Selenium and Appium for Web and Mobile testing.

  • Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) environments.

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and source control tools.

  • Proven experience with test case management, bug tracking, and reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to document thoroughly.

  • Self-driven, quick learner, and excellent attention to detail.

  • Exposure to healthcare or education SaaS products.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Ability to write custom test utilities to improve QA productivity.
