Job Description:

CloudSEK is offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring frontend developers to join as SDE Interns in Bengaluru. As one of India’s leading cybersecurity product companies, CloudSEK leverages Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to detect and resolve digital threats in real time. This internship provides hands-on exposure to building user-centric interfaces for advanced cybersecurity platforms. In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers to design and develop highly interactive and responsive user interfaces. You will gain practical experience in modern frontend technologies such as ReactJS, JavaScript, and CSS architectures while contributing to real-world projects. The internship emphasizes writing clean, maintainable code and understanding how to break down complex applications into reusable components. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS. Ensure high performance and seamless user experience across applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices in frontend development, including component-based architecture and modular design.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement intuitive UI/UX solutions that align with product requirements and business goals.
• Break down complex application features into smaller, manageable components, ensuring scalability and maintainability of the codebase.
• Work with various frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript libraries to create interactive web experiences.
• Understand and implement state management concepts, differentiating between stateful and stateless components in React applications.
• Use tools like Webpack, Babel, and Sass to optimize build processes and improve application performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact on user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve development practices.
• Actively participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews to enhance learning and contribute to product innovation.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Strong foundational knowledge of JavaScript, including Object-Oriented JavaScript concepts and practical implementation in web development.
• Hands-on experience or academic exposure to ReactJS, with an understanding of component-based architecture and application structuring.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery for building responsive user interfaces.
• Understanding of state management concepts, including the difference between container (stateful) and presentational (stateless) components.
• Basic knowledge of modern frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, and CSS preprocessors such as Sass.
• Good understanding of web development fundamentals, including browser behavior, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design intuitive user interfaces.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork in a fast-paced development environment.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools, with a proactive approach to skill development.
• Availability to work from the Bengaluru office at least four days a week during the internship duration of 3–6 months.

Expected Salary:

The expected stipend for an SDE Intern (Frontend) at CloudSEK typically ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month in India, depending on skills, prior experience, and performance during the selection process. In addition to the stipend, interns benefit from hands-on industry exposure, mentorship, and potential full-time opportunities based on performance.
