Job Description:
Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced TOSCA Automation Engineer to join its IT division in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role is designed for professionals with a strong background in enterprise application testing, particularly SAP automation, and the ability to build scalable, efficient automation solutions. As part of a global healthcare technology leader, you will directly contribute to strengthening the digital backbone of Siemens, ensuring seamless functionality across critical applications.

In this position, you will leverage Tricentis TOSCA to automate testing across SAP (ECC, S4HANA, RISE), Web, API, and desktop platforms. Your work will involve developing, executing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks that align with agile delivery models. Beyond test execution, you will also focus on integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous testing that enhances product quality and accelerates delivery timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis TOSCA TestSuite for SAP, web, API, and desktop applications.

2. Implement and maintain robust automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing across enterprise platforms.

3. Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines (using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions) to achieve continuous testing.

4. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage aligned with business requirements.

5. Set up and configure TOSCA environments and infrastructure, ensuring smooth scalability and usability across teams.

6. Analyze results, track defects, and work with development teams to drive efficient resolution of issues.

7. Optimize scripts for reusability, maintainability, and performance while ensuring best practices in automation.

8. Train and mentor junior team members, enabling them to adopt automation-first approaches and enhance team capability.

9. Integrate TOSCA with test management tools such as JIRA or ALM, enabling seamless defect tracking and reporting.

10. Explore new advancements in automation frameworks, scripting, and enterprise testing to evolve automation strategies at Siemens.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience working with Tricentis TOSCA, including scripting, test design, and execution.

• Strong expertise in SAP test automation (ECC, S4HANA, or RISE), with proven ability to handle large-scale enterprise testing.

• Deep knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and SDLC processes.

• Proficiency in integrating automation within CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

• Experience with test automation across Web, API, and mobile platforms.

• Familiarity with scripting languages (such as Java, Python, or VBScript) for custom automation solutions.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of TOSCA Commander, Tosca Execution, Tosca API Testing, and UI Testing.

• Proven track record of mentoring and training teams on TOSCA usage at both basic and advanced levels.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, agile environments.

• Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and team collaboration abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; certifications in TOSCA or test automation are an added advantage.

In Bengaluru, the average salary for a TOSCA Automation Engineer with 4–7 years of experience typically ranges between ₹6,00,000 and ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on expertise in SAP and enterprise testing.
