Job Description:
Qualitest Group is hiring a Test Engineer in India with 1.4 to 6 years of experience in manual testing, preferably within the healthcare domain. Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases based on business and technical requirements.

  2. Create comprehensive test plans and test strategies aligned with project scope and healthcare compliance standards.

  3. Perform server-side testing to validate application workflows and backend logic.

  4. Execute SQL queries to validate database integrity, data consistency, and transactional accuracy.

  5. Validate healthcare application workflows in alignment with industry standards such as DICOM, HL7, and IHE (where applicable).

  6. Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and detailed analysis.

  7. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure effective defect resolution.

  8. Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability after bug fixes or enhancements.

  9. Provide timely status updates and quality reports to stakeholders.

  10. Continuously enhance testing processes and suggest improvements in test coverage and strategy.


Requirements & Eligibility:

  1. 1.4 to 6 years of experience in manual testing, preferably within the healthcare domain.

  2. Strong expertise in test design techniques, testing concepts, and structured test execution methodologies.

  3. Proven ability to design and create detailed test plans and test strategies.

  4. Mandatory server-side testing experience with strong understanding of backend system validation.

  5. Hands-on experience in SQL database testing for data validation and reporting accuracy.

  6. Exposure to healthcare standards such as DICOM, HL7, and IHE is a significant advantage.

  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven attitude.

  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
