  6. Collaborate with developers and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and support defect resolution cycles.

  7. Contribute to the development and enhancement of test automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and productivity.

  8. Participate in project discussions and team meetings to align testing activities with development milestones and delivery schedules.

  9. Maintain proper documentation of test cases, execution results, and validation reports for future reference and audits.

  10. Follow company security, compliance, and confidentiality policies while handling proprietary software and product information.

Requirements & Eligibility

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline from a recognized university.

  2. Basic understanding of software testing concepts including test case design, defect life cycle, validation techniques, and quality assurance methodologies.

  3. Familiarity with embedded systems, cloud software, or application-level testing environments is an added advantage.

  4. Knowledge of programming fundamentals in languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java to understand and validate code behavior effectively.

  5. Exposure to automation tools or scripting for test case automation is preferred but not mandatory.

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of defects.

  7. Good verbal and written communication skills to document test results and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  8. Ability to work under supervision while managing assigned tasks efficiently within defined timelines.
