Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and NLP to solve real-world healthcare challenges.

• Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets, deriving actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with MLOps teams to productionize models, deploy them at scale, and monitor performance for accuracy and stability.

• Develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations using React JS to present insights and predictions in real time.

• Integrate machine learning outputs with REST APIs, WebSockets, and UI components for seamless user experiences.

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into data science solutions with intuitive interfaces.

• Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code, adhering to version control and CI/CD best practices.

• Perform continuous testing, model retraining, and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Contribute to the team’s knowledge base by staying up to date with latest trends in AI/ML, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, or TypeScript for building interactive dashboards.

• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling techniques.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Working knowledge of version control systems (Git) and agile methodologies for collaborative development.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.

• Preferred: Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or financial services domains and familiarity with AI safety, prompt engineering, or agentic AI systems.

Expected Salary:

For an Associate Data Scientist in Bangalore, salaries typically range between ₹6 LPA to ₹10 LPA, depending on educational background, technical expertise, and experience in AI/ML development. Professionals with strong React JS and production ML deployment experience may command salaries at the higher end of this range.
