Job Description:
MillerKnoll is seeking enthusiastic and talented fresh graduates to join our Trainee Engineer program in Bengaluru. This role is designed for individuals with a strong foundation in computer science, computer engineering, or mechanical engineering with a focus on technology. As a Trainee Engineer, you will be exposed to a variety of technical challenges, including analyzing and maintaining product data, developing and testing software, and supporting internal stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze, maintain, and validate product data to ensure accuracy and integrity for business operations.

Design, develop, and test software applications to meet internal stakeholder requirements.

Participate in multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Support and enable various divisions of the Herman Miller business across global locations.

Apply theoretical knowledge gained during academics to solve real-world technical problems.

Learn and implement new technology tools and software platforms as per project requirements.

Follow defined processes and procedures to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency in deliverables.

Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, discussions, and team meetings.

Receive guidance and mentorship from senior engineers while working independently or within a team environment.

Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Adapt to flexible working hours, including UK shift timings, while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
Requirements & Eligibility:

Bachelorβs degree in BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/Engineering), BSc (Computer Science), BCA, or MCA from a recognized university.

Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including OOPS concepts, algorithms, and data structures.

Knowledge or certification in modern technology tools like BI, Microsoft .NET, or reporting tools is an added advantage.

Internship or project experience in software development is highly desirable.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with clarity of thought and articulation.

Analytical mindset with the ability to discuss, debate, and provide solutions to complex technical problems.

Eagerness to learn new technologies, adapt to different projects, and apply knowledge effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently, managing multiple priorities.

Willingness to work in UK shift timings from 12 PM to 9 PM and participate in structured training and rotation programs.
