Job Description

Luxoft’s Senior Performance Tester will join the Risk and Finance Solutions team to deliver high-impact performance testing across liquidity, capital enhancements, and regulatory reporting systems. Positioned in Bengaluru, this role requires you to ensure the stability and responsiveness of critical banking infrastructure, particularly within Capital Risk and Balance Sheet Management systems. Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, project, and development teams to deeply understand testing objectives and program goals. Luxoft Careers

• Coordinate effectively across onshore and offshore teams to align testing efforts and resolve blockers. Luxoft Careers

• Lead issue triaging and troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement resolutions. Luxoft Careers

• Design and prepare comprehensive test conditions, data sets, and scripts to cover both business and technical use cases. Luxoft Careers

• Utilize established tools and frameworks while scripting new automation solutions for performance validation. Luxoft Careers

• Architect and drive automation testing initiatives using Selenium and Cucumber frameworks. Luxoft Careers

• Analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) collaboratively with stakeholders to shape precise performance criteria. Luxoft Careers

• Execute performance testing using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Performance Center. Luxoft Careers

• Conduct performance testing for SAP-based UIs (including Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud) and batch jobs across upstream systems. Luxoft Careers

• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure thorough visibility and actionable insights. Luxoft Careers

• Monitor application performance using tools like PerfMon, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and other monitoring systems. Luxoft Careers

• Ensure quality and compliance with company standards while maintaining clear stakeholder communication. Luxoft Careers

Requirements & Eligibility

• 7–10 years of experience in performance testing and automation. Luxoft Careers

• Strong ability to interpret and align Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) with performance objectives. Luxoft Careers

• Hands-on expertise with LoadRunner, JMeter, Performance Center; knowledge of additional tools is a plus. Luxoft Careers

• Experience conducting load testing on SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud UI applications. Luxoft Careers

• Familiarity with batch performance testing across upstream systems. Luxoft Careers

• Proven experience in test planning, execution, and reporting. Luxoft Careers

• Proficiency in scripting and running tests for web applications (HTTP, Web Services, REST API, TrueClient protocols). Luxoft Careers

• Experience with application server monitoring via PerfMon, Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc. Luxoft Careers

• Understanding of batch job runs and tools like Control-M and Axiom. Luxoft Careers

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Confluence, and JIRA for repository and project management. Luxoft Careers

• Deep understanding of testing methodologies, processes, and best practices. Luxoft Careers

• Strong adherence to quality standards, policies, and regulatory compliance. Luxoft Careers

• Excellent communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration. Capital markets knowledge and post-trade familiarity are a plus. Luxoft Careers
