Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIB Ops Risk Data & Metrics Lead to document, refine, and deliver data-driven metrics that strengthen business insights.

• Partner with multiple teams to identify analytical requirements and provide tailored solutions using Alteryx and Tableau.

• Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Tableau to simplify complex data sets for leadership.

• Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, risks, and business opportunities across large financial datasets.

• Perform data cleansing, mining, and transformation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of insights.

• Deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders, converting raw data into clear narratives for decision-making.

• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

• Monitor data quality, ensure compliance with governance standards, and maintain transparency in reporting.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in data analytics, visualization, and financial risk management to bring innovation to the team.

• Contribute to process enhancements that align with JPMorgan Chase’s long-term digital transformation goals.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field is required. A master’s degree is a plus.

• Proven hands-on experience in data analytics, data modeling, and visualization with tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.

• Strong command of SQL with the ability to manipulate and query large, complex datasets.

• Prior exposure to banking, finance, or risk management domains is highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking with a focus on delivering accurate insights.

• Strong communication and storytelling abilities to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• High attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive mindset with the capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.

• Knowledge of automation tools, data governance principles, and process optimization strategies will be an added advantage.
