As a Data Analytics Associate, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools that help senior stakeholders make informed decisions. Your work will directly contribute to improving operational risk management, enhancing control frameworks, and streamlining critical data processes. This position offers a chance to work with leading technologies such as Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL while collaborating with cross-functional teams across a global financial powerhouse.
Roles & Responsibilities

Partner with the CIB Ops Risk Data & Metrics Lead to document, refine, and deliver business-critical metrics.

Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and interactive reports using Tableau for business visualization.

Use Alteryx and SQL to streamline workflows, manipulate large datasets, and automate manual processes.

Perform data cleansing, mining, and analysis to identify key patterns, trends, and opportunities for business growth.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep dives into data to support strategic decision-making.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, concise, and visually compelling formats.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize data analysis workflows.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in data analytics, visualization, and risk control frameworks.
Requirements & Eligibility

Bachelorβs degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Strong professional background in banking, finance, or operational risk management.

Proven hands-on experience with Alteryx for data automation and Tableau for dashboard development.

Proficiency in SQL with the ability to query, analyze, and manipulate large datasets.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Expected Salary
The expected salary range for a Data Analytics Associate at J.P. Morgan Bengaluru typically falls between βΉ12 LPA β βΉ20 LPA, depending on prior experience, technical expertise, and academic background.
