Roles & Responsibilities

🌀 Scrum Master Duties

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ensure Scrum principles and Agile best practices are followed.

• Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions.

• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

✅ Quality Assurance (QA)

• Analyse business and technical requirements to design test scenarios.

• Develop, automate, and execute test cases.

• Perform regression and functional testing.

• Identify, log, and track bugs to closure.

📊 Business Analysis (BA)

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.

• Assist in maintaining the product backlog.

⚙️ DevOps & Release Management

• Support environment stability and manage change requests.

• Collaborate on release planning, deployment, and integration.

• Drive improvements in DevOps automation practices.

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Promote transparency and open communication.

• Encourage knowledge sharing across teams.

• Act as a bridge between development, QA, and business stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide team members in their growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 4–8 years across QA, BA, Scrum Master, and DevOps.

• QA Expertise: Strong background in test automation, test design, bug tracking, and regression testing.

• Scrum Mastery: Proven track record in Agile delivery and team facilitation.

• BA Skills: Requirement gathering, documentation, backlog grooming.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • SQL (intermediate to advanced level).

  • Programming/scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.

  • Experience with Cucumber framework, Selenium, and automation pipelines.

• DevOps Familiarity: Knowledge of CI/CD tools and release management.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
