Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data QA/QC Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. As a Data QA/QC Analyst, you will develop and implement Excel-based solutions to automate repetitive tasks, create complex macros for data visualization, and provide departmental support for data-driven initiatives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to understand their data requirements, identifying discrepancies, and providing actionable recommendations to improve data accuracy. You will play a key role in streamlining processes and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of organizational reporting and analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Excel-based solutions to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.

3. Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and provide Excel-based solutions.

4. Perform data validation, cleaning, and reconfiguration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

5. Maintain and organize large datasets with precision and attention to detail.

6. Train and support colleagues in utilizing Excel functionalities and best practices.

7. Assist in designing reporting dashboards and data visualization tools for business stakeholders.

8. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring compliance with internal standards.

9. Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.

10. Apply analytical thinking to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Requirements & Eligibility:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and formulas.

2. Certification in Microsoft Excel or related courses is preferred.

3. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.

5. Attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize large datasets accurately.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7. Experience in creating macros, automating processes, and developing Excel-based solutions.

8. Knowledge of reporting, data visualization, and spreadsheet management best practices.

9. Experience in MEP Construction or similar industries is a plus.

10. Ability to prioritize work and manage time efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
