Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca for web, desktop, and enterprise applications.

• Create and maintain reusable test modules, libraries, and test data for scalable automation.

• Integrate Tosca tests within CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous validation of software quality.

• Perform test executions, log defects, and conduct root cause analysis in collaboration with development teams.

• Collaborate with business analysts, QA leads, and developers to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.

• Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test strategy, plans, and reports.

• Support regression testing activities and optimize test suites for faster execution cycles.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of test automation frameworks and processes.

• Work with cross-functional teams to align Tosca automation with business objectives.

• Provide knowledge-sharing and mentorship for junior testers on Tosca best practices.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Hands-on experience working with Tricentis Tosca automation tool in enterprise-scale projects.

• Strong knowledge of Tosca modules including TestCase Design, Test Data Management, Requirements, and Execution.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining Tosca-based test automation frameworks.

• Deep understanding of Tosca’s model-based testing methodology.

• Familiarity with Tosca integrations such as JIRA, Jenkins, and ALM for seamless test management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify performance bottlenecks.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.

• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments with CI/CD pipeline exposure.

• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and business requirements.
