Application Developer – Packaged Application Development Senior Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Application Developer to join our team as a Packaged Application Development Senior Analyst. In this role, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet critical business process and application requirements. This is a hands-on development and configuration role where you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement features, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. This position also demands strong participation in team discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities to ensure the delivery of robust and business-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Design, build, and configure enterprise-grade applications aligned with business requirements and project goals.

• DevOps Integration: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.

• Collaboration: Actively participate in project discussions, contribute ideas, and collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders.

• Code Quality: Engage in peer code reviews to maintain high coding standards and ensure application reliability.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve application issues, optimizing performance and improving user experience.

• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for application workflows and development processes.

• Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance application development efficiency.

• Knowledge Building: Work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the application domain and support knowledge-sharing within the team.

Minimum Qualifications

✅ Education: 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline).
✅ Experience: 2–5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in DevOps.
✅ Core Skills:

• Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment management.
  ✅ Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.) for automation and configuration management.
  ✅ Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, effective communication, and collaborative team spirit.

Expected Salary (India Market)

💰 Salary Range: ₹6 – ₹12 LPA
(Salary depends on DevOps expertise, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and application development skills. Additional exposure to containerization and cloud services may command a higher package.)
