🧩 Key Responsibilities

• System Design & Architecture:

  • Design and implement scalable and fault-tolerant backend systems.

  • Create system designs that ensure performance, scalability, and security at global scale.

• Full-Stack Development:

  • Develop APIs, backend services, and optionally front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and best practices.

• Code Development & Testing:

  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

  • Create unit tests, integration tests, and automated testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Problem Solving & Innovation:

  • Solve deep technical problems related to system latency, memory optimization, and distributed computing.

  • Constantly innovate and propose enhancements to existing systems and processes.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers in a collaborative Agile environment.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Deployment & Monitoring:

  • Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines.

  • Monitor performance using logging, dashboards, and automated alerts.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience Level:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in software development (fresh graduates with strong technical portfolios may apply).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

• Hands-on experience in one or more programming languages like Java, C++, Python, or Go.

• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and web services.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

Desirable:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Contributions to open-source or personal GitHub repositories are a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

💰 Salary Details

• Monthly Compensation: ₹55,000 – ₹90,000 INR

• Annual CTC Range: ₹7 LPA – ₹12 LPA (Based on skills and experience)
